Launching his career in 1984, Steve Saxton has gained diverse experience in strategy consulting at Booz, Allen & Hamilton; commercial aircraft sales at BAE Systems; business development at Vee Neal Aviation; and strategic sourcing at FreeMarkets/Ariba. In 2007, Steve started Seneca Rocks Consulting, providing revenue growth consulting to an interesting array of aviation, industrial and service industry clients.

Throughout his career, Steve has focused on business and revenue growth, advancing through progressively more senior roles in consulting, sales, marketing and relationship management.  He has worked in commercial and private aviation, diversified manufacturing, high technology and management consulting. Accumulating his experience in the age of globalization, Steve has had the opportunity to serve clients in Belgium, Burkina Faso, China, Colombia, England, France, India, the Netherlands, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Scotland, Sweden, Venezuela, the Virgin Islands and the United Arab Emirates. 

A graduate with honors in Economics from Oberlin College, Steve has also completed a graduate level course in Advanced Manufacturing System Design as well as the Oxford Air Transport Course, an executive short course in Oxford, England covering all aspects of the Commercial Aviation Industry. 

In 2007, Steve founded Seneca Rocks Consulting.  “I saw an opportunity to draw upon my diverse experiences and help business leaders develop and execute growth strategies.  While they are busy running the company, I can leverage my independence to better understand and define market opportunities.”
